A Postpartum Doula specializes in caring for the entire family once their baby(ies) arrive. They focus on supporting the parents as they adjust to adding a new member to the family and recover from birth, and have an extra pair of hands at home as you adjust to life with a newborn. Doulas can go to appointments with you, provide overnights, day time care, organize and plan the nursery, light household upkeep, and sibling support.
